Category winner: LAKANI

Category: EUROPEAN YOUNG CHEF AWARD

Jury remark: Lakani presented by Andreas Dermatis, Chef Ambassador for South Aegean, European Region of Gastronomy 2019, features the passing of knowledge from one generation to another. The overall cinematography is impeccable and colour grading amazing. The story shows the connection between food and nature, and tradition into modern life, bringing in not just the old recipes, but the whole tools, smells and senses that go into a whole new creation. Mai Damgaard (Denmark)

As one of the youngest genres in the film industry, it is a video clip, an audiovisual work whose sound component is the whole or substantially a record of the artistic performance of a musical work.
